Oi amigos, tudo bom? Desde que postei que eu estava aqui no EUA fazendo o intercâmbio de au pair muitas pessoas que querem fazer o intercâmbio de au pair me chamaram e me perguntaram sobre a famosa carta hahaha então tô aqui pra dar algumas dicas!

O começo da carta como óbvio, se apresente e de quebra fale dos seus pais e da sua família.
Não enrola muito porque no seu application você vai falar mais sobre isso, então apenas UM BREVE resumo.
“Dear Host Family,
My name is Lis and I have 18 years old. I live in São Paulo, a big city in Brazil, since I was born. Before I talk about myself, I’ll tell you a little bit about my base of everything: my Family. My mom and my dad are both from small cities in the North of the country but they meet here in São Paulo. My mom Aldecy, is a cleaner and my dad Dario is a caretaker. They are divorced nowadays and I live with my mom (but I see my dad everyday) and 2 of my sisters: Alli, wich is studying to get into medical school, and Magdala, that its a chemestry teacher. My other sister Jessica it’s a nurse and it's married. She lives at the coast with her husband and her daughter, my little princess, Ana Beatriz. And last but not least, I have a dog called Amigão, he is my baby and it’s very energetic and cute.

Falar sobre o que você gosta de fazer, quem é você o que você faz da sua vida e o que você gosta de fazer no seu tempo livre. Resume MAS NEM TANTO, lembre de todas as coisas boas que as pessoas já te elogiaram e falem na carta!
“I was raised in a family that really preach their values and education. I were always taught to think about the next, be honest and polite, and that I need to give the best I can in everything, that I shall never give up and always accept the others diferences. My parents are my biggest example and I admire them a lot. My Family its the most important thing to me and they are very happy with my decison to be an au pair.
Now, talking about me, I graduated in technical of edifications along with the High School. Even though I like this course, my one true love it’s the world of comunication and adversting. Creation and technology are things that I love and that are apart of my daily bases. So, when I return to Brazil my priority is entry in a University of Publicity and Advertising. And I will have a lot of amazing experiences on the baggage to help at the college.
In my free time I love reading books, listening music, watching movies, traveling, take pictures, surfing on internet and go to the coffee shops with my friends. I also love write posts for my blog, where I talk about all this things that I love to do.My blog it’s a very good hobby for me because of the friends that it gives me and the opportunity of sharing knowledge.
In my blog I also talk about my vegetarian diet, that I started some months ago. I’am the only one in my Family who doesn’t eat meat and because of this I cook my own food everyday (it’s realy good, by the way!). My Family respect and accept this decision very well. “

Sua experiencia com as crianças basicamente, fala uma linha e meia mais ou menos sobre cada criança e no final da um resumão sobre.
"I taked care of a lot of diferent kids like Pedro, a little boy that when I started taking care of he had X months and now he is X years old. When I was taking care of him we used to do a lot of exercises that trained his coordination like read and paint.
I also taked care of Evelin and her brothers Alexi and Erikc. I take care of them some weekends and we usually go to the park to play and I also take them to some classes like football and theatre.
I taked care of my niece Ana Beatriz since she was born and learn a lot with her. We spend every summer together. We always go the pool or beach. She loves water! Sometimes I drive to her house and take her to stay some days at our house... DA PRA EMENDAR AQUI UM POUCO SOBRE A SUA DIREÇÃO, FALA QUANDO TIROU A DRIVE LICENSE E TALS..
Besides the kids that I talked about I taked care of others and I also do a lot of volunteer work at some needy comunities. From all this experiences I know that raising a child requiers a lot of love and patient.
Growing along with the kids its amazing. See they learning and becoming better each day makes me really happy. I like to teach them a bunch of things, but I’m always the one who learns more. They teach me how to be even more patient, more calm and acceptable, how to appreciate every little thing that life give us. I believe that it’s not just the parents resposabiility , but also mine, to show them right things and this way they will become great adults. "

"I put the best of my personality in everything that I do so I can do it in the best possible way. Improve the kids creative side it's also a important thing to me. By being a creative person I believe that it growing with this freedom for create it's amazing and necessary. With creativity a simple piece of paper can become different toys and we also stimulate the motor coordination. Kids like to be entertained and teach things in fun ways always make learning more enjoyable. All the activities that I do with children also theach me a lot about them.
Others good qualities about me its that I am very adaptable, I can easily adjust to new situation and habits.
You can rely on me and I will always give reasons for you to do that.
I hope you liked this letter and now you know a little bit of me. I'll do my best so this year will be wonderful for both of us.
